Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint or have any comment on the service we provide, you can speak to any member of staff who will be happy to assist you or help find a resolution for your concerns. Alternatively you can ask to speak to either the Assistant Practice Manager or the Practice Manager or you can submit your concerns in writing, to the Practice Manager, Lynne Chatfield at Jamieson Medical Practice.
