Prescription lines are open between 09:30 am - 12:00 pm and 14:00 pm - 16:00 pm.
Please allow 48 working hours for your prescription to be processed at the practice and then sent to the local chemist.
Collection is to be arranged at a local chemist.
Incomplete data or requests for non-repeat medication may delay your prescription.
Please place your tear off slips into the post box.

We offer patients the opportunity to register for patient access. You can download the Patient Access app to use on your mobile telephone, tablet, or home computer. This enables you to request repeat medications. You may also be able in future to access your medical record. It’s easy to set up (we can help you do this if you require), convenient (available 24/7) and easy to use. If you have not already signed up please ask the next time you are in the surgery.
